Terms of Use

Thank you for taking the time to read my Terms of Use
You must abide by these terms at all times whether you have read them or not
I do reserve the right to add or change these terms at any given time
I reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone
All memberships include a lifetime tube license which is the only license you will ever need for this site and it is good for all sites you own
There will be no refunds given at any time for any reason all sales are final
I do not trade memberships or give donations from this site
I do accept payment plans just email me and we can work something out and if you do use a payment plan the full amount needs to be paid within 3wks otherwise your membership will be suspended until the remaining amount is paid in full or your membership will be terminated all together

*Sales*
I have the right to have a sale at any given time for any reason
So please don't get upset or rude with me because you paid a different price

General Terms:
You do not need a website to join. If you do own a website it must be family friendly
You must never share your login info with anyone. Anyone found doing so will have their membership terminated immediately and you will be asked to remove everything related to Xantyph Pixels from your site
You must never share any bases, lines, tubes etc with anyone else. Anyone found doing so will have their membership terminated immediately and you will be
asked to remove everything related to Xantyph Pixels from your site
If you own a site your membership logo must be displayed and linked to Xantyph Pixels within 7 days of joining
If you co-own a site with someone and you both want to tube the bases/lines you both must have a membership, the membership and tubing license is for you only
If you own more than one site the tube license is good for all sites you own
No sharing of anything from this site in any sharing groups or forums like yahoo, msn, live journal etc anyone found doing so will have their membership terminated immediately
No refunds will be given for not following these terms

Custom/Outlines Terms:
You may make sigtags, adoptions, stationary, websets etc
You must have a tube license to be able to tube the custom/outlines
You must colour/shade before offering them as tubes
Dolls must be fully clothed with hair before offering them as tubes
You must link back to Xantyph Pixels and the original creator on every page you display your creations
No altering the graphics in any way
No reselling the graphics
No claiming as your own
No renaming of the bases/lines
No as-is use at anytime unless otherwise stated

Tubes Terms:
You may make sigtags, adoptions, stationary, websets etc
